What you’ll need
Provide one or more of the following to verify resale intent:
- ✓ IRS-issued Tax ID / EIN (letter or portal screenshot)
- ✓ Business license
- ✓ State resale license
- ✓ Other proof (e.g., lease agreement, booth/market vendor contract)
For orders shipping to a California address, a valid CA Resale Certificate is required before shipment.
How approval works
- Create your account — use your legal business name.
- Upload or email documentation — you can check out, but documents may be required before we ship.
- Get verified — once approved, your account stays set for future orders.

Policies at a glance
- Wholesale only. Orders must be placed by businesses for resale.
- Free shipping: Orders $750+ qualify for free UPS Ground on eligible items (contiguous U.S.). Excludes AK/HI, COD, expedited services, and excluded items/brands (shipping will be calculated at checkout for excluded items).
- Returns: New/unused items within 30 days; restocking may apply over $500 or for careless repack.
- Claims: Report damages within 14 days; include photos, invoice #, and product code.

Yes. You can create an account now; we may request documentation before your first shipment.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. We only sell to qualified businesses for resale.

Why am I seeing shipping charges on a $750+ order?
Some items/brands are excluded from free shipping due to carrier and handling costs. If your order contains excluded items, free shipping may still apply to eligible items, but shipping charges will apply to excluded items as shown at checkout.
