What you’ll need
Provide one or more of the following to verify resale intent:
- ✓ IRS-issued Tax ID / EIN (letter or portal screenshot)
- ✓ Business license
- ✓ State resale license
- ✓ Other proof (e.g., lease agreement, booth/market vendor contract)
For orders shipping to a California address, a valid CA Resale Certificate is required before shipment.
How approval works
- Create your account — use your legal business name.
- Upload or email documentation — you can check out, but documents may be required before we ship.
- Get verified — once approved, your account stays set for future orders.

Policies at a glance
- Wholesale only. Orders must be placed by businesses for resale.
- Free shipping: Orders $750+ (excludes AK/HI, COD, & expedited services).
- Returns: New/unused items within 30 days; restocking may apply over $500 or for careless repack.
- Claims: Report damages within 14 days; include photos, invoice #, and product code.
