Rates & thresholds
- Orders $750+ ship free (AK/HI, COD & expedited services excluded).
- Under $750: weight-based rates shown in cart/checkout.
- Expedited options (when available) are offered at checkout but are not eligible for free shipping.
- UPS rounds up to the next full pound.
Returns & claims
