Prop 64 & You

With everything that's going on here in California, we're starting to get a lot of interest in new accounts. We're thrilled that so many of you are considering us as your first wholesaler and we couldn't be happier to help you take advantage of all the new opportunities that are cropping up in our industry!

So, for your convenience, I thought I would post a little bit about how to get started along with answers to some of our most common new account questions for those of you out there who are brand new. Most of this applies to California accounts only, so if that isn't you don't worry about all the extra requirements.

First off, you may have noticed that we say we require a California Resale Certificate for all orders here in California. This is a form separate from your California reseller's permit number. You can find a link to the e-signature version of the form here.

If you don't have a reseller's permit number or don't know what that is, please hop on over to the California Department of Tax & Fee Administration's website. Getting one for general use is free & easy (just make sure to remember to pay your taxes!) - we tested it out here and it took us less than a half hour from start to finish. Please remember that if you're planning on ordering vaporizers, e-liquids, or anything else containing nicotine or an electronic device for delivering nicotine, that you're going to need additional permits which do cost money.

The Resale Certificate is just a form that gives us your reseller’s permit number and states that you intend to resale the things you buy from us & assume responsibility for the sales tax that needs to be paid for all sales. Since we’re a wholesaler only, we do not pay or keep track of sales tax. This form is required for ALL orders shipping within California and ALL store pickup orders.
