CAUTION: Please be careful when lighting the pipe for the first time. There is a screw on the bottom of the pipe that controls the butane feed (with a +/i sign next to it, near the butane nozzle insert) - if it is turned up too high, too much butane may feed into the lighter, too low and the lighter may not start at all.

UPS Ground to the 50 U.S. states. Orders typically leave our CA warehouse within 2 business days or less.
Rates & thresholds
- Orders $750+ qualify for free UPS Ground on eligible items within the contiguous U.S. (AK/HI, COD, expedited services, and excluded items/brands are not eligible).
- Mixed carts: If your order contains excluded items/brands, free shipping may still apply to eligible items, but shipping charges will apply to excluded items as shown in cart/checkout.
- Under $750: weight-based rates shown in cart/checkout.
- Expedited options (when available) are offered at checkout but are not eligible for free shipping.
- UPS rounds up to the next full pound.

Returns & claims
- 30-Day Returns: New/unused. We cover return freight if it was our mistake; restocking may apply over $500 or for careless repack.
- Damages: Report within 14 days of delivery with photos, your invoice #, and the product code to claims@spswholesale.com.
- Missing/Pack errors: Tell us within 2 days of delivery; we record pack-out video to resolve quickly.
