Shipping & delivery
Most orders ship in 2 business days or less via UPS Ground from CA. See product-page Shipping & Delivery tabs or our Holiday Order-By Dates.
Free shipping & exclusions
Free UPS Ground is available on eligible items for orders $750+ (contiguous U.S.). AK/HI, COD, expedited services, and excluded items/brands are not eligible for free shipping and will ship at the calculated rate shown at checkout. Full details on our Free Shipping & Sale Info page.
Why am I seeing shipping charges on a $750+ order?
Some low-margin items/brands are excluded from free shipping due to carrier and handling costs. If your order contains excluded items, free shipping may still apply to eligible items, but shipping charges will apply to excluded items as shown at checkout.
