You may be wondering, “How does a gravity bong work? Isn’t gravity that force that can’t stop, won’t stop? A gravity bong consists of four different parts: a vase, a bottle, a bowl and a downstem. The vase is essentially the base, so the first step is to fill it up until the bottom of the decal, then place the bottle into the vase. Next, insert the downstem into the top of the bottle, then place the filled bowl piece inside the downstem. Once the prep work has been completed, then you may light the bowl, lift the bottle, remove the bowl, place your mouth on the bottle and finally, push the bottle down and inhale as the smoke exits the bottle. This process proficiently streamlines the smoke for the most robust hit possible.

The Gravitron has taken on several forms since its’ inception. While the original isn’t too different from the “new and improved” Gravitron 2.0, the most marked alteration is that the 2.0 features a glass on glass connection rather than a rubber grommet connection on the neck. Additionally, a platinum cured grommet at the bottom allows for a tighter seal. There are also now two different sizes available, a medium and a large, making acquiring a gravity water pipe more accessible if on a budget.
