Description
A whale has moved into the glass case, and apparently a 2.5-inch cylinder counts as oceanfront property now. The Hemper Blue Whale Water Pipe puts its blue whale body above a clear cylindrical base, with a clear water-spout mouthpiece rising from the top. Fins, a raised tail, and a smiling face finish the nautical design. Absolutely no respect for the scale of an actual whale.
This 6.5-inch glass piece uses an inline percolator inside the lower chamber. The clear base leaves that horizontal perc visible, while the blue upper body gives the design its distinct silhouette. Hemper lists 5 mm glass thickness, and the side-mounted 14.5 mm female joint accepts the included 14.5 mm male flower bowl directly.
The raised tail extends behind the whale body, with fins at the sides and a face decal at the front. An H decal marks the clear mouthpiece, and Hemper lettering sits on the back of the lower cylinder. The whale does seem very pleased with its housing arrangement.
