If you are a returning customer, you may have noticed something seems a bit different with our website. Don't be alarmed! We've done a complete overhaul on our website to give you a better and easier shopping experience. We hope you like the new look but there are definitely some big changes to get used to! We've created a short list of things you may want to keep in mind when shopping on our new website. We hope this helps and we apologize for any inconvenience this causes but we think this change will really benefit you as our valued customer.
- Accounts - Creating an account is now a huge benefit for you as a customer. You can use it to store your previous orders, address information, and your loyalty account information. If you have ordered in the past, you already have an account with us! Unfortunately, you will need to reset your password in order to access it. To do this, simply click here and enter the email address you used in your previous orders. We are unable to import any orders from the old website into your order history, but feel free to call or email us and we will gladly send you invoices from any previous orders you need. If you were registered on the old website but did not place an order, you will need to create a new account on the new website by registering.
- Loyalty Rewards - This is an exciting new addition to our website which we think you will love. All new accounts will be credited with 250 points($5) as a sign up bonus. Existing customers will also receive the same bonus but you will need to make sure to follow the above step in order to access your account and use your bonus.
- Products - We've updated our product layout to show more useful information. We're currently working on filters to allow you to sort products by features such as size, weight, percolator type, style, etc. We will be updating periodically and you should start noticing these options as we continue to go through each category.
- Category Layout - We've rearranged our category layouts to be more functional and aesthetically pleasing.
- Live Shipping Quotes - We've added a dynamic UPS shipping quote feed to checkout. We will be making adjustments to shipping information through trial and error. Right now we are only showing quotes for UPS Ground. If you need faster shipping, please call or email and we'll let you know how much the difference is.
